What you need is your user name and password.
Enter your username in front of the "@sin7.100megs6.com" and password, then click "Login".
A second window will open logging you into the "cPanel Mail Management", from here you can chosse from any of the 3 mail services provided. "SquirrelMail" is the defult one that has been being used.
Your e-mail has been preset with your alias identity, many other mail options can be found in the programs themselves.
There is also a option to uses "SSL Secure Site", if you wish to use this click on the "Click for Secure Site" link and it will activate. This is to encrypt and protect your e-mail.
